Yamaha 'responds to YBR250 demand'

Yamaha has announced the inclusion of the YBR250 motorbike into its UK model line-up for 2009.

In a statement, the organisation explained the two-wheeler has previously been available on the continent, but had not been on sale in the UK.

However, this has changed as a result of customer demand, Yamaha asserted.

Economical and easy to ride, the motorcycle attracts low insurance premiums and has a contemporary design with a low seat height.

"This stylish single-cylinder 250 four-stroke motorcycle is the perfect answer for those riders who like geared bikes, but also want to bridge the gap between a 125cc and 600cc machinery," the organisation observed.

Available in both silver and black, the YBR250 is now available from authorised Yamaha dealers.

Earlier this month, the marque announced its new WR125X and XJ6 Diversion are now available.

The former offers a "true Supermotard experience", while the latter is described as a "joy to own and ride".ADNFCR-2370-ID-19143163-ADNFCR
