Seat Ibiza celebrates 25th anniversary
The Seat Ibiza is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, after first debuting at the 1984 Paris Motor Show.
In a statement, the manufacturer noted that more than four million of the cars have been sold over the course of its quarter-century lifespan, giving it the title of best-selling Seat of the modern era.
The Seat Ibiza Mk IV was rolled out in 2008 and the marque explained that it is based around two notions, beauty and technology.
Among the features on the latest version of the motor are headlights with B-xenon car bulbs and a seven-speed gearbox that is paired with a 105 PS 1.6-litre petrol engine for the first time in its segment.
"The new Ibiza range is growing all the time, of course, with the imminent arrival of new versions such as the spectacular Ibiza Cupra, FR and head-turning Ibiza Cupra Bocanegra," Seat said.
Earlier this month, the marque showed off a road-ready version of the latter model at the Barcelona International Motor Show in Spain.

Hehe, you can really see from the photo that the ibiza has definately grown in size over the years – as have most hatchbacks.
