Top Gear Exhibition opens

Car lights customers looking for some inspiration for their vehicle have the chance to relive some of their favourite moments from Top Gear, as a new exhibition dedicated to the TV show has opened at the National Motor Museum.

Located at Beaulieu in the New Forest, the showcase features a collection of the actual cars that were created and modified by Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond for some of their infamous challenges.

These include the Stretched Limo contest, which saw the trio try to turn second-hand vehicles into luxury motors to take three famous faces – Chris Moyles, Jamelia and Lemar – to the Brit Awards several years ago.

"While the National Motor Museum is primarily about historic vehicles this exhibition shows that cars can be entertaining and accessible to the whole family, not just the car enthusiast," said Stephen Munn, commercial director at the museum.

In recent days, Michael Schumacher was revealed as the mystery driver known as the Stig during an interview with Top Gear.ADNFCR-2370-ID-19229790-ADNFCR
