Motorists who purchase the latest addition to Saab’s line up will benefit from adaptive car lights, it has been revealed.
The 9-5 saloon comes with a range of standard features, including bi-xenon smart beam headlamps.
The manufacturer’s managing director, Jan-Ake Jonsson, said the model marks the start of a new era for the company.
He stated: "We have created an advanced and very distinctive product by leveraging the power of our roots in key areas, such as progressive Scandinavian design, sporty driving and responsible performance."
Mr Jonsson went on to say all future autos produced by the group would boast similar strengths.
Other standard features on the 9-5 include a head-up information display, adaptive cruise control, keyless entry and start, dynamic parking assistance and dual-zone climate control.
Earlier this year, Saab unveiled the 9-3X at the Geneva Motor Show.
The model is now available to buy in dealerships across the UK.
