Drivers with caravans may find Skoda is Superb choice

Caravan owners who check their car lights and windscreen wiper blades are in good working order before taking to the road with their mobile home in tow may find choosing the make and model of their auto carefully can also help them stay safe.
The Skoda Superb 3.6 V6 260 bhp 4×4 DSG may be one vehicle worth consideration for such drivers.
At the 2010 Caravan Club Towcar of the Year awards, the auto clinched top spot in the sub-1,800 kg class.
The panel judging the various entrants revealed it has been particularly impressed with the model’s traction.
It stated: "The Superb feels as solid as a rock and it handles so well you can push it hard through twisty roads with real confidence."
Skoda’s brand director Robert Hazelwood expressed delight at receiving the accolade.
In other news, the manufacturer’s Yeti model arrived in UK showrooms earlier this month – with prices starting at £13,725.
