McLaren website may impress fast car fanatics

Fast auto fanatics who like to examine every detail of a new model from the windscreen wiper blades to the car bulbs may be impressed with a website from McLaren.
The manufacturer announced it has produced an online resource showing all the technical features of the MP4-12C.
Due to be released in 2011, the auto is set to rewrite the rules of sports models, McLaren claimed.
The website will be the only source of official information on the new vehicle before it arrives in showrooms.
Head of marketing Lianne Daly explained the marque was keen to allow automotive enthusiasts to view the unique properties of the MP4-12C, so they can appreciate why the model will set new standards.
"Visitors to Mclarenautomotive.com can now explore the interior and exterior of the car in beautiful detail and over the coming months time we will add more engaging content," she stated.
The manufacturer previously reported the auto is set to benefit from Formula One-inspired engineering.
