Ferrari World’s attractions to include world’s fastest rollercoaster
Those interested in anything to do with Ferraris, from the car bulbs to the windscreen wipers, will no doubt be keen to hear details of the attractions to be contained in the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi theme park that is set to open next year.
The world’s first supercar theme park the largest attraction of its kind and will provide a multi-sensory experience for enthusiasts, fans and families.
The iconic sleek red roof of the structure spans 200,000 sq m, carries the largest Ferrari logo ever created and is directly inspired by the classic double curve side profile of the Ferrari GT body.
Children of all ages can enjoy rides and over 20 state-of-the-art attractions, each designed to bring to life a different part of the Ferrari story, including the world’s fastest rollercoaster, travelling at speeds exceeding 200km/h and emulating the thrilling sensation of being in a Ferrari Formula One car.
Ferrari World is located on Yas Island on the north-east side of Abu Dhabi’s mainland.
Last week developers Aldar Properties announced that the external structure of Ferrari World had been completed.
I’ve just seen the construction of this super circuit on National Geographic. It’s very futuristic and the time of construction, with a luxury hotel included is about 2 years ! The hotel only it has about 900 rooms.
