Chevrolet Spark, with clear polycarbonate car light lenses, to launch this spring

Details of Chevrolets all-new Spark, including its clear polycarbonate car light lenses, have been announced.
The vehicle has chrome-coated front car light bezels, which the car company claims emphasise the new styling of the front of the vehicle.
A side view of the car shows rear door handles hidden away alongside the C-pillar and, through the windows, the instrument pod, which sits on top of the steering column and includes the speedometer, can be seen.
"From the beginning, we wanted to have a revolution in size and design," explained Taewan Kim, vice-president of GM DAT Design, which is responsible for the cars striking appearance.
"We wanted it to look ready-to-pounce, it needed to look great from 360 degrees and it needed to generate excitement," he added.
Built in South Korea, the Spark will go on sale in Europe in the first quarter of this year.
Another of Chevrolets vehicles, the Aveo RS show car, made its world debut at the 2010 North American International Auto Show last month.
