New Citroen C3 with tapered car lights is more exciting than previous model

Citroens new version of the C3, which has tapered front car lights, is more "exciting" than its "bulbous" predecessor, according to a motor expert.
Writing in the Daily Maverick, Deon Schoeman, co-founder of a number of motor magazines including Topcar, claimed that the new vehicle looks carefully sculpted and sophisticated.
As well as mentioning the sleek shape of the front car lights, the South African journalist also commented on the new C3s chrome embellishments and recessed fog car lights, claiming they add "further visual interest" to the "elegant" vehicle.
The top-spec 1.6 VTi Exclusive version that Mr Schoeman reviewed comes with a variety of features, including automatic climate control, Bluetooth connectivity and automatic car headlight bulbs and windscreen wiper blade activation.
"Add high comfort and safety levels to the equation and the C3 could well put Citroens name back on the map – for all the right reasons," he concluded.
Earlier this month, a high-fashion version of the Citroen DS3, which has halogen car headlight bulbs, hit the streets of Paris, transporting film and fashion stars to the Yves Saint Laurent retrospective at the Petit Palai.
