Know where to get cheap car bulbs? Driving is too expensive regardless

Regardless of whether motorists know where to go to get the best deals on cheap car bulbs, a number of organisations have stressed that, following announcements in the Budget, driving in the UK is becoming far too costly.
Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling delivered his third Budget yesterday (March 24th) announcing that fuel duty will increase by 1p a litre on April 1st with a further 1p a litre rise scheduled for October 1st and a 0.76p a litre rise on January 1st, 2011.
Edmund King, president of the AA said: "Staging the fuel duty increase will avoid a big hit in an April Fuels Day fiasco, however, a 1p increase will still hit motorists hard with record prices at the pumps."
He went on to explain that each 1p increase equates to 50p per tank-full and £2.12 a month for a family with two cars, which is higher than the average increase in council tax for 2010 to 2011.
