Superchips Ltd has created a performance enhancing bluefin Plug and Go remap for the 2.7-litre Land Rover Discovery TDV6, which has Xenon and LED car bulbs.
The electronic tuning companys technicians pinpointed a number of performance shortcomings in the Discovery TDV6s standard ECU map and then developed an upgrade to combat these.
Recorded standard output of the 2720cc TDV6 Discovery is increased by the bluefin Plug and Go remap from 181 bhp to a maximum of 219 bhp.
The Superchips converted Land Rover Discovery TDV6 has a 38 bhp peak gain, with a maximum mid range increase of 40 bhp at 3453 rpm.
It also has an increased torque output – an impressive 469 Nm at just 2578 rpm compared to its usual 410 Nm.
The Land Rover Discovery 4 front car lights are in a concentric circle design, containing Xenon car bulbs that provide an improved illumination range and a wider short-range spread than conventional halogen car lights.

Our sister company, BHP Plus, now also has a external tuning box available for the Discovery TD V6. It gives a boost 20 a estimated 226 BHP and 510mn torque.
The Speedhawk diesel tuning box is quick and easy to install, and can be done by most people at home. There are a range on pre-installed tuning maps on each box, so you can find the tuning that best suits your vehicle, driving style and loads.
