Infiniti launches EX30d at £35,975

Infinitis second diesel – the EX30d, which has Xenon cornering car lights – is to be priced from £35,975.
The crossover delivers the car firms greenest environmental performance to date.
Infiniti expects that this model will account for eight out of every ten EX sales after it becomes available in the UK in early July.
The GT Premium version of the new model includes, as standard, a number of impressive safety features, such as a system that returns the car to its correct lane on the motorway and gives the driver warning of impending collisions.
As well as this, the vehicle boasts 550 Nm (406 lb ft) of torque at just 1,750 rpm and can achieve zero to 62 mph in 7.9 seconds.
It can reach a top speed of 137 mph and, with the standard seven-speed automatic transmission, has CO2 emissions of just 224 g/km.
Earlier this year, Infiniti announced that its G Coupe, which has Bi-Xenon front car lights, had another impressive feature – a bespoke 3.0-litre V6 direct injection diesel engine.
