Mazda6 upgraded for 2010

This month will see the launch of the updated Mazda6, which has Bi-Xenon car bulbs, reduced CO2 emissions and improved fuel economy.
Each of the vehicles in the 19-strong range has a refreshed exterior and new interior styling as well as additional equipment and technical enhancements.
The Mazda6s fuel economy has been improved by up to 6.4 per cent and CO2 emissions have been reduced by as much as 6.1 per cent.
Bi-Xenon car bulbs are part of the Sport and Sports Luxury models adaptive front lighting systems.
This system enables the headlights to turn in the direction of the steering wheel, illuminating the inside of bends.
Over the next ten months, Mazda expects to sell more than 10,500 of the models and it predicts about 7,600 (72 per cent) of these to be fleet sales.
"I expect the upgraded Mazda6 to retain its fleet leadership position and the model to provide a springboard for further growth as it appeals to more company car drivers," said Peter Allibon, fleet and remarketing director at Mazda UK.
