Vauxhall announces price of new Astra Sports Tourer
Vauxhall has announced that the new Astra Sports Tourer, which has adaptive front car lights, is to enter the UK market later this year priced at £16,575.
This is more than £500 cheaper than the current entry-level Astra Estate.

All models in the range are being built in Britain at Vauxhalls Ellesmere Port plant, including the 1.4 (100PS) ES.
This offers an extra 10PS of power over the equivalent 1.4 Astra Estate.
It also boasts air conditioning, curtain airbags, electronic stability control, an electronic parking brake, an aux-in socket and active safety front head restraints as standard.
The new Astra range, launched at the end of last year, has now sold over 30,000 units in the UK and Vauxhall expects that the new Sports Tourer will account for approximately ten per cent of all further sales.
Earlier this week, Vauxhall announced that another of its vehicles, the all-electric Ampera, was test driven by Prince Michael of Kent.
