Lotus has unveiled its latest offering – the Eterne, which is a four-door sports saloon.
The vehicle boasts a 5.0 litre pressure-charged V8 engine, which can deliver up to 620 PS, can reach 100km/h in just four seconds and a top speed of 315 km/h.
Dany Bahar, chief executive officer of Group Lotus, said: "The Eterne is sensational to look [at] and, as with the rest of the range, it also over delivers in all other aspects as well."
He went on to say that it is a car of "perfect contradictions" as it is compact yet feels spacious inside and is high-performing but with low emissions.
Production of the Eterne is set to start in early 2015 and will enter the market in spring of that year, priced at around £120,000.
The car company also announced today (October 1st) the return of the Lotus Espirit, which Mr Bahar described as the "ultimate supercar".
