BMW has launched a new 1 series M coupe, which is nearly 70hp more powerful than the iconic 1970s BMW M1.
The new BMW 1 Series M Coupe boasts widened wheel arches, exclusive 19-inch Y-spoke M alloy wheels and dual chrome tailpipes.
It also features L-shaped car light clusters at the rear which include LED car bulbs.
The vehicle is available in non-metallic alpine white, metallic black sapphire and the exclusive metallic Valencia orange.
It is powered by a six-cylinder engine with twin turbocharger, direct injection technology and double VANOS variable valve timing, which allow it to develop a maximum output of 340hp.
"The interior is exclusively modelled for the BMW 1 Series M Coupe, with an M leather steering wheel and the use of Alcantara with Kyalami orange contrast stitching," a statement from BMW reads.
Last month, BMW launched its new 6 series convertible, which can go from zero to 62 mph in five seconds.
