New Live Chat Feature Added
As part of our ongoing dedication to provide the best service to our customers, we have just launched a new online chat service. Just click on the live chat support image on our website when you see ‘Online‘ displayed.
This service will allow you to chat with out support staff in a real time chat environment similar to msn. This will allow you to get instant replies to your questions direct on the computer without the need to pick up the phone or ever leave your seat! This service will also be offered at certain times outside normal working hours. Anytime you see the word ‘Online‘ displayed on the Live Chat Support image, there will be someone waiting to assist you.
However, please remember this is a support enhancement and does not mean that our existing means of support are compromised in anyway. You can of course still contact us by phone (in normal working hours) or by email through the contact us form on the website.
