In a world where good Customer service no longer seems to exist I thought it was only right to email to thank you for your excellent customer service. Last November (2009) I bought some Osram H7 bulbs, one failed at the end of Nov (2010) so was looking to buy some new ones and noticed your online chat facility. I just posed the question about the life expectancy of a bulb and during the chat with Sarah and without asking I was offered free replacements as long as I returned the original pair. Within a week I had a new set of bulbs. I have been really impressed with your service, have recommended you to others and will be using your company in the future.

Received my order promptly only to find I, following my Scottish roots had ordered the cheapest set in a group. Turned out they would not fit. Most grateful customer services accepted a return giving me a speedy refund. Needless to say ordered the right set which came two days later. Brilliant service and pleasant staff.

Firstly may i say a big thankyou to all you Guys down at Autobulbs really helpful polite and courteous, thankyou also to Dean nice work. Upgrade to LED Angel Eye is a must, I have a B63 the results are awesome really bright white lights could be used i guess for DRL later on.Just one thing, when taking out the original ones be careful with the connecter they are snap on ones and need some TLC, apart from that, it look me only a few minutes to replace. Highly recommended.

Within 24hrs my order for bulbs and blades were delivered as ordered in excellent packaging and a free surprise gift of sidelight bulbs. I made a call shortly after my online order to make an adjustment and the guy I spoke with was both friendly and efficient.
