Advantages: Keenly priced and are good value the previous ones lasted over 5 years
Disadvantages: Very tricky to install in a Honda Civic mk8 not the fault of Osram but Honda.

Good bulbs these
Advantages: Give a good light output and god beam pattern, on a par with the OE Philips parts but much cheaper. Obviously too soon to comment on longevity, but if they last better than the Lucas parts I tried last time I'll be happy.

The bulb itself works well - the difficulty lies in fitting it! Not your fault, though, it's a Volvo design fault - my son-in-law who's a very capable workman wrestled with the fitting of the bulb for several minutes before he achieved the desired result!

I bought these to replace my original Osram D2R 66050 bulbs, the colour of light given off didn't match the original bulbs (which were more blue) but they do give off a bright white light. I would recommend changing both bulbs at the same time so they match. I suspect with age they will colour change and become more blue.
