Good price -to replace the Philips bulb that had failed prematurely. Nice crisp cutoff compared to the old osram bulb that had blackened after 9 years which was on the other side

Actually better than I expected. I was expecting them to produce a more yellowish light. The confinement is even, spread is okay, previous bulbs (Philips White Vision) went much further. Minimal packaging (no plastic) so good for the environment & recyclers.
For the pair, they were almost half the price of my previous bulbs, which lasted almost 18 months.

Advantages: Cheap, decent quality of light for standard bulb, early days yet but hopefully they last as long as the guarantee (4 years).

Disadvantages: Not as powerful as my previous bulbs; Philips White vision.
