When the first LED headlight bulbs hit the market we were excited. But then, once tested we were disappointed. As the years went on the outrageous claims of the LED bulbs grew bigger and bigger. Despite the claims, all they produced was a useless blob of light that let you see nothing far ahead.
A Safe, Useful Beam Pattern

The Speed of Light

Size Difference
There's just one downside to these H15 LEDs, they're bigger than the original bulb. Check your cars room behind the bulb and the opening just to make sure this LED will fit.

Perfect solution to upgraging Filament bulbs
Advantages: After trying several lower priced options I found that these bulbs are the only ones that do exactly what is needed to upgrade DRL and Main beam issues.
Beam pattern remains as it should be and the brightness is absolutely superb without blinding on cdoming traffic.
Mt vision of the road is enhanced beyond beleif without ever being flashed by oncoming traffic.

The bulbs are much brighter than the old halogen bulbs in my MK5 Mondeo. They only just fit in the headlight unit so you need to be careful to position the rubber stopper back on the unit so the small dimples on the back don't rub on the fan blades.
The only small problem I have found is that the DRLs don't turn back on after flashing the headlights. If I switch the main headlights on and off then DRLs will turn back on.
The full beam and DRLs for the Mondeo are both on this bulb so I don't know if switching between the two is a problem with the bulb or the car. Either way its a small issue I can live with for better lights.
Advantages: Much brighter and a nicer colour light than the standard halogen bulbs.
Disadvantages: I don't know if I'll sneak it through the MOT without them noticing.

Advantages: Good beam pattern, good amount of light
Disadvantages: DRL's would come on and then go off after approx 1-2 seconds.
Bulbs tested "off car" with no issue, so this is most likely my cars electronics being overly sensitive.

These are the first LED headlights I've ever bought. I've read reviews and looked on Amazon, Ebay, Wish, Joom and whilst all the others are considerably cheaper I thought I'd go for what appeared to be the best first as I didn't want to be dissapointed. I live in a very rural location so 90% of my driving is on unclassified roads or small A-roads. What I was looking for was some serious additional reach more than anything. These H15 bulbs are really difficult to get hold of in an upgrade halogen type and no-one makes a HID kit for H15s so LEDs were the only real option. My car is a 2015 VW Tiguan. The main beam pattern is very wide - its lights up the hedges on the side of the road brilliantly, and there is a very bright patch on the road immediately in front of the car but I can't help thinking that all this light availability would be better put towards giving me more reach than the standard 55W halogen bulbs.......... The beam just seems to fade to nothing at about the same distance - maybe a little further on but I really can't say that £85 is really worth the expense (yet).
However - as these bulbs are also my DRLs as well, I can safely say that the DRLs are significantly better than the old ones - they really are almost as bright as normal dipped beam. My verdict? as DRLs 5/5, as main beam 4/5 and I am happier with Twenty20 bulbs than I think I would be with any other LEDs.
Advantages: DRL brilliance, lighting up hedges on main beam & 'instant-on' effect (I didn't realise how good this would be)
Disadvantages: Not as much reach as I would have liked on main beam

I bought a set of halogen upgrade bulbs for my Land Rover Discovery Sport as the OEM originals were so poor. The dipped beam (Phillips 150 H7) solved the dipped beam problem but the main beams although whiter had a worse main beam performance than the originals (Matu H15,s)
Replacing them with these LED H15s made an amazing difference as the main beam performance is now very good
Advantages: Fits in headlamp enclosure completely without any external parts. worked straight away without any CanBus issues.
Disadvantages: Bit pricy at £85 pounds but overall worth it

Super Bright....my drl's are even brighter than my dipped beams, which i have upgraded to the brightest halogen bulbs know to man.
fitted these to my 2012 Audi A6. The headlights look amazing - i think they look better than the OEM led headlights.
Easy to fit, although i had to remove the small rubber washer/ seal on the led bulb in order to get the bulb to 'twist lock' into position.
just need some compatible H7 bulbs to match.
Advantages: super bright - look cool
Disadvantages: none as yet...
i did have one of the bulbs fail after 20 mins use..but the team at ABD replaced it..

I have purchased this pair of bulbs to replace my DRL/High beam halogen bulb on my Audi A6 Avant, and I cannot describe what a good choice that was. I have tried many alternatives before and they are no way near these led bulbs. I was sceptical to begin with, but now I can only tell that it was a good choice. More expensive is true, but they are worth every penny.
Advantages: Direct replacement, no adapting or wiring needed.
Very high quality.
Very good light output on the road.
