Thanks ABD your service is excellent. These Philips bulbs are so little better than standard that I am unable to give them a rating.
Understate and over deliver is a good sales/marketing stance - amazed that such a huge brand chooses to reverse that idea.
Suggest you delist these bulbs !
Your own service and email information support is excellent.
Shame there is no LCD replacement BUT 'Xenon" like for H6W Blue vision - don't think so AND the 'blue' ? Just a bit of colouring on the glass that has no effect.

I bought sidelights. They were expensive and chose them because they were blue. Sadly, despite the money, you wouldn't know they had any colour. So, without that colour distinction, what is there to say? They're sidelights.

My car is Golf R32 and these bulbs are bright enough to use as daytime running lights on urban roads. I still use dipped headlights on motorways. The dipped headlights are Xenons and the sidelights still look yellowish when on together. I would have considered LEDs but Philips don't make them yet for this application. Let me know when they do!

I regret that the H6W Philips bulbs were not what I was looking for.My car a 2002 Mecedes E class estate car and it was fitted with zenon headlights but the sidelights are of yellow tinge but having fitted the new bulbs the colour is just the same.

These are quite strongly blue tinted (more so than the picture) and I was initially thinking I didn't want to be chav-like with blue bulbs. However, although slighty whiter than standard they are nowhere near as white as my factory fit Xeon lights, next time I'd like to try LED's instead of fillament bulbs.
