The H7 Night Breaker Lasers have entered the next generation and they really pack a punch! A unique design to give maximum performance with up to 150% more light on the road and a further 150 metres distance available therefore greatly improving safety.
150 Metres of Night Breaking Light
With further advances in filament technology, and the ever present Xenon gas, these H7 Night Breaker Laser bulbs will produce up to 150 metres of light, improving visibility and allowing hazards along the road ahead to be seen sooner giving you more time to react.
It's All White on the Night
With a carefully designed blue coating on the bulb, the colour of light emitted is 20% whiter than a standard halogen. This whiter light reduces eye strain and makes road signs stand out brighter than before.

Until I can afford the Philips Ultinon LED headlamp bulbs, which are obviously the way to go, these and the Philips 'Racing Vision' equivalents are the best I can get. (There's nothing to choose between them.) They give a good, clear, white light with good beam control. The price you pay is short life - they are only warranted fo six months as a result, and usually only last for about a year, though ABD has been very good at replacing mine when they have failed early. While the days of incandescents are surely numbered, these still have a place for a time yet.
Advantages: Good light, good beam control, street-legal for all cars.
Disadvantages: Poor life.

Got these for main beam on my Hyundai Tucson which has LED dipped beam headlights. The dipped beams are excellent but the standard H7 main beams let the night vision down badly, giving a yellowish orange distant light which made distance vision poor. The Night breakers are a huge improvement, providing a whiter light and far better main bean distance vision. I have used these before and am very happy with their performance and life expectancy. I'm not sure why, other than cost, Hyundai decided not to provide LED main beams and I think their choice of H7 (Cheap and nasty!) was a complete mismatch compared to the excellent LED dipped beams.
Advantages: Hugely improved main beam distance vision, whiter light

Switched back to these after being disappointed with the short life of Philips Racing Vision H7's blowing at 5 months and 4 months. These are just as bright and always used to last 9 -12 months so acceptable life for the improvement in brightness..
Advantages: Good quality German made, Nice bright white light. Not a massive difference over standard but noticeably better on rural roads strewn with suicidal deer.
Disadvantages: Short life but that's the cost of a hotter brighter burning filament.

I changed the bulbs in my wife's 2016 ford focus as the lights were not great. I bought the H7 night breakers as a big increase in brightness and volume of light on the road. I drove the car last night and to my disappointment the bulbs were worse than the standard light bulbs that I had exchanged. I had to put the full beam on at every opportunity to light the road up a head.
I am very disappointed in these bulbs and will be replacing them asap! Unfortunately I have bought the H1's as well, but have not fitted them yet.

Disadvantages: The bulbs did not project the light far enough from the car and did not light up the near side verge as the standard bulbs did.
Our Reply: This could be a bulb alignment issue rather than a brightness issue. There's no scenario where these would be less bright than a standard bulb.

Switched back to these after being disappointed with the short life of Philips Racing Vision H7's blowing at 5 months and 4 months. These are just as bright and always used to last 9 -12 months so acceptable life for the improvement in brightness..
Advantages: Good quality German made, Nice bright white light. Not a massive difference over standard but noticeably better on rural roads strewn with suicidal deer.
Disadvantages: Short life but that's the cost of a hotter brighter burning filament.

I changed the bulbs in my wife's 2016 ford focus as the lights were not great. I bought the H7 night breakers as a big increase in brightness and volume of light on the road. I drove the car last night and to my disappointment the bulbs were worse than the standard light bulbs that I had exchanged. I had to put the full beam on at every opportunity to light the road up a head.
I am very disappointed in these bulbs and will be replacing them asap! Unfortunately I have bought the H1's as well, but have not fitted them yet.

Disadvantages: The bulbs did not project the light far enough from the car and did not light up the near side verge as the standard bulbs did.
Our Reply: This could be a bulb alignment issue rather than a brightness issue. There's no scenario where these would be less bright than a standard bulb.
